We provide scheduled interior and exterior walkthroughs. After every visit, you'll receive detailed photo and video updates, keeping you informed no matter where you are. Whether you're away for a weekend, the season, or an extended period, Quiet Keep provides the reassurance that someone is thoughtfully caring for your home.

Every visit includes mail and package retrieval, visual monitoring for signs of water intrusion, pests, or other concerns, and temperature and basic systems checks. Following severe weather, we'll perform a comprehensive storm assessment to identify any issues requiring prompt attention and help ensure your home remains in excellent condition.

If you have contractors, deliveries, or service appointments scheduled, we'll coordinate and oversee trusted professionals—including electricians, plumbers, landscapers, pool companies, housekeepers, and other home service providers—so you don't have to.

Before your return, Quiet Keep can prepare your home by adjusting the temperature, turning on lights, coordinating vendors, and even stocking your refrigerator with your requested groceries—so everything is ready to welcome you home.
